I used to make sausage gravy to pour on grits! Since I’m on a keto journey, I’ve switched it up and I’m sharing my keto sausage gravy with greens instead.
Keto Sausage Gravy With Greens

This super easy and delicious Keto Recipe Will give you a flavorful fast option to a week night dinner.
- 1 1/2 cup Andouille Sausage Chopped
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup Broccoli
- 1 1/2 cup spinach
Pre-heat skillet with Avocado Oil
Add Andouille Sausage and cook it until lightly brown
Add Heavy cream and lower the heat
Let it simmer and add salt, pepper, broccoli and spinach and cook for 8/10 mins.
Enjoy!
