I had spent two years in a yo-yo routine, losing and putting on weight, working out 5 days a week and not seeing results. I finally decided to change my nutrition, being more mindful of my choices and embarked on the BodyBoss Method Workout Routine: a 12 week guide to my dream body!

I started with the pre-training week, which totally surprised me, since I thought I was fit! Fit has a whole new meaning now! The guide comes with a bonus of 4 weeks of pre-training, to prep your body before going into the actual intensive workouts! So if you’re a beginner, don’t be afraid, it’s all covered!
I used my deck and my workout room to work on the routine which had 3 active days and 2 rest days, which I used to practice Yoga! The program says it’s important to give muscles a rest!
What I needed to get started was:
- My Phone
- Headphones or speaker
- The printed and the online version of the guide
- Weights (or you can use filled water bottles)
- Step or stairs
- Bottle of Water
- Jumping Rope
Or use things you have at home to work on it!
The program recommends you take a picture before and measure yourself. I lost 7 pounds in the first 6 weeks of the program, after I finished, my scale recorded a total of 9 pounds lost!!
I loved that the routines started at just 7 min long x 2 circuits with a total of 37 mins with warm ups and cool downs, helping me fit the workout in my daily plan! No more excuses!
I gained muscle in my arms and ab areas, but I’m still working on some areas, such as tummy and thighs.
The end of the program was just the beginning of my journey to a healthier me! I’m going to continue the program and work harder than ever!! Yes, I did it!

- I recommend you purchasing the weights, step and jumping rope, even though the program indicates that you can use what you have at home.
- For me it was a rude awakening, I saw how out of shape I was, even though I was working out 5x a week. So I truly recommend that you follow your own pace, to ease into the program, instead of giving up.
