This is a super easy and delicious low carb/Keto recipe your family will love!

Ingredients
  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 1 tsp Cumin
  • 2/3 cup Taco Sauce I make it homemade, check the blog for more.
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 1 small Tomato Diced
  • 1 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 2 cups Cheese Mozarella or Blend of Mexican Cheeses
  • 3 tortillas Low Carb
Instructions
  1. Heat up a skillet to medium heat and add oil and onions

  2. Cook Beef To Golden Brown and add salt, pepper and Cumin

  3. Add Taco Sauce, reduce heat and let it simmer

  4. Reserve The Beef

  5. Add a little sprinkle of sauce to the bottom of pyrex or baking sheet

  6. Add low carb tortilla

  7. Add Cheese

  8. Add Beef with sauce

  9. Cover it with another tortilla, until you reach 3.

  10. Add Sauce and Beef as the last layer and cover it with cheese

  11. Bake for 20mins or until cheese is melted

  12. Add lettuce, tomato and sour cream to decorate it and serve!

  13. Enjoy!
