Easy and delicious, this low carb keto hispanic recipe will become a favorite at your home.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 Pound Flank Steak or Fajitas Steak Meat
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 1/2 Pepper
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 8 Low Carb Tortillas
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp High Heat Cooking Spray
  • 1 Tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1 Tsp Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin to taste and reserve

  2. Slice Steak in 1" wide tips

  3. Slice onion and pepper in a u shape and season it to taste

  4. Place all ingredients in a pan and drizzle olive oil

  5. Pre-heat the oven to 375F

  6. Bake For 15mins for well done

  7. Warm up tortillas and serve with chopped cilantro and sour cream

Recipe Notes

Sour Cream and Cilantro are optional! Remember that one low carb tortilla has 4Net Carbs, so I limit my dinner to two tortillas and a generous portion of the steak and veggies. You can lower the carbs substantially by  eliminating the tortillas.
