Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cup Andouille Sausage Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup Broccoli
  • 1 1/2 cup spinach
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat skillet with Avocado Oil

  2. Add Andouille Sausage and cook it until lightly brown

  3. Add Heavy cream and lower the heat

  4. Let it simmer and add salt, pepper, broccoli and spinach and cook for 8/10 mins.
