Ingredients
  • 1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Worchester Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Low Carb Tomato Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar Free Ketchup
  • 1 Tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt To Taste
Instructions
  1. Pre-Heat The Over 350F

  2. Add Ingredients slowly to the ground beef, mixing them with your hands

  3. Line a Loaf Baking Pan with Parchment Paper and add the mixture, pressing it firmly

  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown

  5. Add Sugar Free Ketchup and Bake for 10 minutes
