This easy and delicious keto low carb brownie recipe will make your whole family ask for it!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Blanched Almond Flour I've made it with coconut flour and it tasted really good as well. Sometimes I do half and half for less calories,
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp Dark Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder or Xanthan Gum
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp MCT Oil If you don't like MCT Oil, you can use Coconut Oil.
  • 1/3 cup Butter
  • 2/3 cup Monkfruit Granulated Sweetener
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Walnuts These are optional, I've made some without the nuts.
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350F

  2. Mix all ingredients

  3. Line a square pan with parchment paper or add cupcake baking cups to cupcake pan

  4. Pour the batter to fill 2/3 of the cupcake cup or square pan.

  5. Bake it for 20 minutes or until toothpick is dry.

  6. Enjoy
