Two different versions to make low carb tortillas! You will love them both, I promise!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Avocado Oil
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 package Low Carb Tortilla Chips Mission Brand is my favorite
Instructions
  1. Pre-Heat The oil to Medium Heat

  2. Cut Tortillas with pizza cutter in small triangles

  3. Season them

  4. Fry until golden brown

  5. For baking version repeat steps 1-3 and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper

  6. pre-heat the oven to 350F

  7. Bake the chips for 15-20mins or until golden brown.

  8. Enjoy!
