These are the easiest and best Keto bagels you'll ever make! You won't believe it!

Ingredients
  • 2 Cups Almond Flour or until you can roll mini balls
  • 1 Cup Plain, Sugar Free Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tsp Salt salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Add the almond flour and greek yogurt and salt and mix it with your hands until you can separate the dough in small balls.

  2. Make the 2" balls and poke the center with your finger until it comes out on the other side, while molding to a round form with the other hand.

  3. Place each bagel on a baking sheet with spray or parchment paper

  4. Bake for 15mins or until golden brown.

Recipe Notes

I've added 2 tbsp of parmesan or mozzarella cheese to experiment with them! Love them all!
