I’ve always wanted to make Keto Bagels, because I couldn’t stand paying 12.00 for a pack of bagels and the taste was not good at all!
It took me a while, but here’s the easiest Keto Bagel you’ll ever try! I promise you!
How To Make The Best Keto Bagels
I want to give you some tips while experimenting it successfully for the first time.
My other Keto bagel attempts with cream cheese and other recipes were a full blown failure.
This time, I kept it easy, 3 ingredients for the basic recipe and cheese for a second option!
Here Are Some Additional Tips For The Best Bagel:
Make sure to have a nice consistency for your dough, mixing it with your hands and add more flour if needed.
Shaping The Bagels
Make sure to divide the dough in 2″ balls and “poke” the center with your finger, until you see the other side of the bagel, shape the sides and place it on the baking sheet with has been sprayed with baking spray or covered with parchment paper.
Some people like to make bagels in the mixer, I personally like working the dough with my hands.
It is so important to have the right almond flour when baking!
I’ve used many types but this is one of my favorites! Blue Diamond is finely sifted almond flour and it does not leave that grainy taste in your baked items!
This Easy Keto Bagel Recipe is also eggless, gluten free and sugar free.
These are the easiest and best Keto bagels you'll ever make! You won't believe it!
- 2 Cups Almond Flour or until you can roll mini balls
- 1 Cup Plain, Sugar Free Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tsp Salt salt to taste
Add the almond flour and greek yogurt and salt and mix it with your hands until you can separate the dough in small balls.
Make the 2" balls and poke the center with your finger until it comes out on the other side, while molding to a round form with the other hand.
Place each bagel on a baking sheet with spray or parchment paper
Bake for 15mins or until golden brown.
I’ve added 2 tbsp of parmesan or mozzarella cheese to experiment with them! Love them all!
Variations Of This Easy Keto Bagel
Besides using the cheese, next time I will mix brown sweetener and cinnamon and make some swirls for the cinnamon bagels! What to do you think?
