I love trying new things for breakfast! Got really tired chaffles, pancakes and eggs and bacon. This is a new recipe I tried this week and it is definitely a keto breakfast recipe you’ll want to keep! Here’s my Keto Breakfast Strata.

You can add bacon bites to your individual portions as a way to spice it up, but the recipe below does not include it!
I’ve added the bacon to my bowl, just because….everything tastes better with bacon, right?
Make sure to buy good quality cheese. Sometimes you buy cheap cheese and when you bake it doesn’t melt, that’s the kind that you don’t want to buy.
I personally love Sargento, or any good organic cheese – totally worth the price.

It’s important to buy good white keto bread because it looks and tastes just like regular bread. This is one of my favorites:
This is a super easy keto recipe your family will love!
- 7 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1 cup Shredded Mozarella
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 cup Zero Carb No Flavor Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 Keto Bread Slices
- 1/2 stick Melted Butter
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
Beat the eggs, add the milk, butter and seasonings
Add Protein powder, baking powder and cheese and beat more
Use butter to coat a baking dish and add mixture to it
Cut the bread slices in 1 inch square and spread on top, gently turning them around to get a coating on the them.
Coat with grated parmesan cheese
Make sure you get a white keto bread, not the wheat type.
