Ingredients
  • 1 cup Almond Flour I prefer Blue Diamond Almond Flour.
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 cup Butter Softened Don't put it in the microwave, leave it out
  • 1/3 cup Keto Sweetener I prefer Swerve Brown
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cream butter + sweetenerMix until smooth and fluffy.

  3. Add egg + vanillaStir until fully combined.

  4. Mix dry ingredientsAdd almond flour, baking powder, salt

  5. Add Pecans

  6. Form Cookies and add small pecan pieces to the top

  7. Bake them for 12 mins or until Golden
