Ingredients
  • 2 cup Blanched Almond Flour
  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioners Sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp Vanila Extract
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Free Almond Milk or Coconut Milk If you don't like the coconut taste, use almond milk
  • 1/3 cup Sugar Free Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup Sliced Almonds You can skip the almonds for a more St. John feel, if you wish.
  • 1/2 Cup Swerve Brown
  • 1/3 Cup Butter You will use the butter for the Swirl mix.
Instructions
  1. Pre-Heat The Oven to 375F

  2. Mix dry ingredients, all but ground cinnamon and 1/2 cup of Swerve Brown sweetener and reserve, they will be used for the cinnamon swirl.

  3. Beat the eggs, slowly add dry mix, 1/3 cup of butter and milk and add vanilla extract at the end.

  4. Mix the Sweetener, melted butter and cinnamon and create some swirls in the cake as you add the batter.

  5. Bake the cake for 20-30 mins until it's golden brown

  6. Let it cool for 5 mins before slicing it!
