You can make variations of this recipe. Remove beans, peppers to make it even more keto friendly. I like it hearty and flavorful, so I plan my carbs to fit this meal with my daily 20g allowed.
Pre-heat skillet with MCT oil
Add Onions and cook for 5 minutes
Add Ground Beef and Salt and Pepper to Taste, cook until lightly brown.
Add ground water, beef, beans, spices and peppers to the crockpot and cook for 4 hours on high or 6 on low, making sure there's enough water and beans are cooked at the end.
Add Cheese to Your Bowl and Enjoy!
