I’m going to start by saying there’s nothing better in the winter than a bowl of chili. So today I’m sharing my favorite Keto Chili Recipe.

You can remove beans and pepper for a 9 carb per serving version, this version adds a few carbs, 12 carbs per serving.

You can make variations of this recipe. Remove beans, peppers to make it even more keto friendly. I like it hearty and flavorful, so I plan my carbs to fit this meal with my daily 20g allowed.
- 1 tbsp MCT Oil
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Diced Onion
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Chili Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 cup Black or pinto beans
- 1 cup Diced Peppers
- 1/2 cup Mozzarella or Chedar Cheese
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
Pre-heat skillet with MCT oil
Add Onions and cook for 5 minutes
Add Ground Beef and Salt and Pepper to Taste, cook until lightly brown.
Add ground water, beef, beans, spices and peppers to the crockpot and cook for 4 hours on high or 6 on low, making sure there's enough water and beans are cooked at the end.
Add Cheese to Your Bowl and Enjoy!
