OPEN POCKETS AND MAKE SQUARES, FOLD SIDES AND FILL POCKETS WITH
Start by adding the potato and sausage and Add 3 or 4 shrimp next
Add half of a corn on a cub and seasoning to each pocket
Drizzle olive oil and mix of spices and cover
Bake it at 350F for 15 minutes or cook it on the grill for 15-20 minutes, until shrimp and corn are cooked.
Remove Potatoes and add corn just to one pocket if you are on a low carb/Keto diet. I eat one pocked without the corn and one with half of a corn on a cob.
