The majority of the SUVs I’ve driven were smaller, not too many 3 Row SUVs, so I was excited to have the Hyundai Ioniq9 for a full week review. Here are my favorite features on this 3 Row EV SUV.
I received the 2026 Ioniq 9 for a week for review purposes, as usual, all opinions are my own.
3 Row EV SUV
When you think about a large SUV, you normally think about a vehicle that is not fuel efficient, because size = gas, right?
Think twice!
The Ioniq9 surprised with a smooth, comfortable, very spacious ride!
Here are some 2026 Hyundai Ioniq 9 AWD highlights:
Exterior Design shows a futuristic look combined with accents we love in premium SUVS.
Head Lights & Tail Lights are so different than what I’ve seen in other large SUVs!

What do you think of these door handles that open when you approach the vehicle with your key?

21″ Alloy Wheels

Panoramic Sunroof

Premium Interior

Heated & Ventilated Front and Second Row Seats

Third Row EV
Enough Space To Fit The Familia, Amigos & More!

Love the controls and ports on the side of the front seats

Tech & Sound
You already know a great sound system is a must-have for this Latina to be blasting my favorite tunes and my Spotify Playlist during our road trip!
Bose Premium Audio

Wireless Apple Car Play & Android Auto

Wireless Phone Charger

12’3″ Navigation System

Ambient Lighting

Interior door handle is one of my favorite interior accents! Check it out!

Drive Modes

Battery Range: 311 miles
We did multiple roadtrips with the Ioniq9, it took us to and back from all the trips without needing an extra charge!
It look a longer than normal time to charge with our universal charger at home, so I wanted to let you know.
Driving the Hyundai Ioniq9
Cruising Town, we were stopped by an interesting visit, asking about the vehicle!

Hiking and Visiting Batsto Village
I don’t remember ever coming to Batsto in the fall!

It shows the Wharton Mansion, which was ahead of its time with modern conveniences!

Local buildings and Village where workers used to live in the 1800s!

We enjoyed EV Life and took the Hyundai Ioniq9 to a 3-mile hike and explored the beautiful fall colors!

Visit To PA To Attend A Concert
Having an EV means planning your trip and the possible need to charge!
We were able to do a round trip to PA, and no need to charge during the trip! Love an EV that takes us where we need to be!

Farm Roads & TLC Hair Time!

Road Trip #2 To Delaware To Watch Jordan Feliz Live!
He is one of my favorite Hispanic Christian Artists! Such a joy to watch him live and enjoy a super comfortable ride in the Hyundai Ioniq9!

Coffee Run With A Brazilian Friend
The best part of having an EV, in my opinion, is going where you need to go! Having the freedom that comes with driving an EV inspired me to connect more with friends, not having to worry about distance, gas and the cost of the trip!

The 2026 Ioniq9 comes with a price tag of $74,300.00 as seen above!
Save For Later!

I can’t wait to hear what you think of my adventures with the Hyundai Ioniq9!
As usual, give us a Trendy Shout!

Oh! This car has a lot of character. Love the panoramic sunroof and the premium interior. It’s a treat that it comes with Bose premium audio. Will share this with my husband as we are actually in a market for a new SUV. Thank you for sharing your review.
The interior looks so spacious – perfect for long car rides. Thank you for sharing your review of the car.
Now this car looks ace! My kids would most definitely think it’s a transformer ! 🙂
Love the overall design of Ioniq9. The fact that its a fuel efficient car makes it attractive.
Thiss 3‑row EV SUVs is really practical. Makes me hope more family EV options launch soon.
You don’t tend to see many cars (or SUVs) of this size in the UK so it looks really interesting. Those lights on the front and back are very unusual x
The Hyundai SUV looks really impressive. I love that it has a lots of space and a good sound system. The kids would be excited about ambient lighting!
The car looks great! I swapped from an SUV to hatchback a little while ago. It definitely suits our lifestyle better now, but there’s so much about the SUV i miss! This looks fab though! Although I’d definitely be confused by the handleless entry haha!
