We have enjoyed a week driving the Grand Wagoneer Series III Obsidian 4×4, as a media loan, but as usual, all opinions are my own.
6 Features You Didn’t Know You Needed In A SUV
A Platform – Power Deployable Running Boards
The 2023 Grand Wagoneer solved the problem I had with larger, higher vehicles – the ability to get in and out with ease, while wearing high heels or not!
Who would think that something so obvious and necessary for larger vehicles, especially when women drive it, would not be found in the SUVs I’ve driven. Nor was it found in some of the trucks.
Seat Massager
This is not your usual luxury seat massager! The screen gives you options for lower back, upper back or cascading massage and intensity!
It is the A-HA feature for long drives and/or people with back issues like me!
Can you imagine coming back from a long hike and turning the massage feature on? I have lived it and it is amazing!
Multiple Screens
The Grand Wagoneer was the first SUV I drove which had 3 screens in the front:
Two screens on the back, along with separate controls:
Netflix and Prime Video ready! It doesn’t get any better than that!
Your kids and teens will never ask you: are we there yet, again!
Tri-Panel Panoramic Sun-Roof
The Grand Wagoneer’s sun roof, not only was wider, but it extended through the body of the vehicle, giving you an outdoor perspective from inside!
Trunk Space
We took the Grand Wagoneer Black Friday Shopping!
Hubby surprised me with a Keyboard for Christmas and I need to tell you, the box was very wide and long and it fit in the trunk without us putting both of the second row seats down!
The space and all that we fit in there really surprised me!
Seat Controls on the Side Door
It was great being able to see the seat buttons to adjust my seat, instead of playing with the controls, on the bottom side of the seat, trying to figure out what is what to adjust it!
This is definitely a great feature in my opinion, definitely another one you didn’t know you needed!
A Few More things I love About The Grand Wagoneer:
A True 4×4
The 4×4 full capability gives you that extra reason to explore places while being encapsulated in the luxury of leather and design!
The McIntosh Sound System with 23 speakers gives you that full surround sound experience, leaving the road noise outside, not inside!
Third row seats offer a lot of room, which is not industry standard.
The driving shifter is a button in the center console, very easy to see and use.
I love all the tech available, multiple ports and wireless charger are added bonuses as well!
Something you should know, all the Luxury and Comfort and Tech Features come at a price tag of $121,350 as seen above.

Wow this is a stunning vehicle for sure BUT I cannot believe it is over $121,000?! I expected to see 80K to 85K maybe….. OMG….. it’s a stunning vehicle but that is a crazy high price.
