I was talking with my mom and talking about chicken and other casseroles with we don’t make in Brazil! There are a lot of baking, but no baking with noodles unless you are making lasagna!
So I gave my mom this recipe and she made and it was a huge hit, my dad loved it, hope you do too!
Ingredients:
2 large pieces of chicken breast sauteed
1 packet of Mazola Sobrecitos dissolved in 1/2 cup of water
1 large can of cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup of milk ( I use low fat milk)
1 1/2 cup of skim milk mozzarella cheese shredded
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 pound of cooked noodles
1 cup of mixed vegetables cooked
Preparation:
Place can of soup and milk in low heat and bring to boil, assemble cooked noodles, mix the soup in and slowly add the dissolved chicken sobrecitos mix, with veggies, 2/3 of cheese and chicken pieces, mixing well, don’t add all the water if the mix looks runny, it should have a creamy texture. Cover the mix remaining with shredded cheese and bake until golden brown and boiling. It smelled sooo good! Glad to share with you! Bom Apetite!
