Earth Day is almost here!
You know how much I share about living a healthier and happier life! Part of our mission should also be doing our own part in living in a cleaner and better environment!
I own an older washer and dryer, so I’ve decided to go shopping and read more about energy efficient appliances. I’ve learned so much, I’ve decided to share it all with you!
I’ve learned that Best Buy has the latest in energy and water efficient appliances from entry-level to premium to help you save time, money and resources and that is exactly what I was looking for!
Do you know that ENERGY STAR certified Washers*:
• Use less energy
• Use less water
Is your washer over 10 years old? I just found out that washers built before 2003 are significantly less efficient than newer models. If you have a standard clothes washer that is over 10 years old, it’s costing you, on average $180 a year!! Wow!
Here is more info on ENERGY STAR certified Dryers*:
• They use 20 percent less energy than conventional models
• They also use sensor drying, not timed drying, which helps you reduce your dryer’s energy use. This feature makes sure that your dryer will shut off when the clothes are dry! Love it!
• Low heat setting – yes, because longer drying cycles on a low heat setting use less energy! I had no idea about this one!!
• Consider gas. If you have the option, consider using a gas dryer to save money and reduce your environmental impact! I don’t have that option in my area, unfortunately.

These appliances are beautiful. I hope their durability is as good as how they look because I’ve just given my wife the go ahead to purchase new appliances for our newly renovated kitchen!

Energy Star appliances are awesome. We updated our appliances last year and it has been great.

Pretty soon we need new washing machine. Our old washing machine is making loud and crazy noise when I do the laundry. It drives me crazy.
I love shopping at Best Buy for my homes appliances, we are actually looking for new washer and dryers at the moment, I will have to go soon and check those out in person.

That is one awesome washer/dryer combo. I just bought a new set a few months ago but a different brand and I’m very happy with it.
Wow what an amazing laundry room! We could definitely upgrade our washer and dryer but that probably won’t be until next year!

Best Buy is a great place to shop. I am looking to replace my appliances. I will have to go check some out that are energy efficient.

I need all new appliance especially the stove. Now appliances that say water wow I am sold on the energy efficiency!

Who wouldn’t love appliances that help you save water and energy, not only are you helping the environment but you’re also saving on utility bills. That’s really amazing. I would love to upgrade my appliances when my budget permits!
We replaced our washer and dryer dryer about a year ago. I am loving how energy efficient they are. I am wanting to replace our refrigerator. I think I want one where the freezer is a the bottom. I have a side by side now.
One of the best things about modern technology is how energy efficient modern appliances are. These are beautiful as well!

LG makes my favorite appliances. I love my stove.

Investing in quality energy efficient appliances is a must. I need to upgrade my dry and refrigerator.
We need a new dryer, but I totally want a new fridge with that middle drawer. Maybe we’ll be able to update one of our appliances this summer.
