This Christmas story reveals a young couple preparing to welcome their first child; an empty-nester and her fiancé ready to start a new chapter; and a couple who unexpectedly have the chance to expand their family on Christmas Eve – celebrate the holiday as they navigate these turning points in their lives.

The story reminds me of my own Christmas memories with our family and some unpredictable things that sometimes happen.
I was actually pregnant on my second Christmas in the US!
Vincent Rodriguez III’s character (a Filipino Immigrant) took me back to my memory lane and the bittersweet visit to my parents in Brazil, when I was pregnant, right before our first Christmas as newly weds.
John Brotherton & Erin Cahill’s expecting their first child during Christmas Time reminded me of that Christmas.
Our First Christmas after our wedding, in our home here in the US and buying new ornaments, making it all our own.
Going through renovations, new traditions, time spent together as a new expectant couple.
My son was a premie, came out early, but I will not share any movie spoilers!
He is is all grown up but we still look for ways to make memories!
I love that Christmas on Cherry Lane shares the power of love and different stories connected, where families come together to celebrate in an unforgettable way.

Oh wow, I haven’t seen anything with James Denton in it since the many many seasons of Desperate Housewives that I watched with my DiL! I’ll have to check out Christmas on Cherry Lane now and see how different he is from his role as Mike from Wisteria Lane, lol!

Oh my gosh, Jonathan Bennett? I haven’t seen much of his stuff since Mean Girls, glad to see he’s still acting and getting some good roles! I love cheesy Hallmark films, so cool that they are releasing 31 of them for the holidays.
I love Catherine Bell! And Christmas movies are always my favorite this time of year. I’ve even been known to sneak a few in during the summer. I’ll have to watch this one 🙂
