The holidays are here! Even though my son is not interested in toys anymore, I have a long list of friends and family relatives to shop for! Best Buy makes it easy because it offers me the hottest toys of the season all in one place!
For me, it’s all about picking the best toy to bring a smile to a child’s face! We don’t have little ones anymore, so gifting the ones we love and choosing a gift that matters is like starting all over again!
Here are some of our favorites, which already made it onto our gift list:
- Hasbro Dropmix
- Sphero
- Legos
- Hatchimals Surprise
What is your favorite? So hard to pick one! For other amazing toy selections, visit Best Buy.
Are you done Christmas Shopping? Can’t wait to hear from you! As usual, give us a Trendy Shout!
I wish I had a best buy near me. 🙂 This list looks so helpful 🙂
I am always a last minute shopper. The lego looks like a great gift for my little boy. Though I am bit torn between giving him books or toys.
I love the Hasbro Dropmix! Looks so cool and great for kids!
My girls just love LEGO, in fact every Christmas my husband gets them new sets. Always a hit under the tree!
I don’t have any kids yet but I’ve been hearing a lot about those Hatchimal toys. So cool!
Your son is like my nephew he outgrew the toy phase and now just into phones and shoes. I bet starwar toys are everywhere.
These are all really amazing suggestions. I am sure they would all be welcomed under the tree.
Those are really good holiday ideas for gift giving this holidays. Will surely make this noted.
So many great toys to choose from! I definitely first pick the lego toys and then the next one would be the Star Wars Sphero! Kids are so lucky now to have variety of toys to choose from though.
The Batman Lego set and the Sphero R2-D2 are already on the list of things I want to get my daughter. Although I am tossing between the lovable robot and x-wing that is out there. These are great toys for sure.
This is a great list of tech toys! My son has just started asking for Legos so we might pick up a couple of starter kits.
Tech toys are always on those Christmas lists! These are some great ideas.
These are great items. The R2D2 is my favorite. Thanks for sharing.
What some great sounding toys, I know Hatchimals were really big last year but the surprise seems to have given them a bit of a different twist.
My daughter will love the Hatchimals Surprise! The LEGO would be grea to my nephew!
The R2D2 app enabled droid would be fun to have around the house! The child in me says she wants to have one. Haha. Seriously though, I think my granddaughter would love to have another Hatchimal. She loves them and patiently waits for them to “hatch.”
Hatchimals are the craze of the little ones this year. I have gotten my two nieces a Hatchimal each for Christmas. I would love to get my nephew that Lego Batman set, but he is still too young to be working with small pieces. Thanks for the tech toy gift guide!
Great list of presents. My boys are into most of these toys. Especially Lego toys
Best Buy has some great toys, don’t they? I do love the Star Wars toy and the Hatchimals. Not sure what kids see in that, but it’s on my son’s wish list.
You can never go wrong with Lego. Both girls and boys like to build with them.
These all look like really fun picks! I know my daughter would really love those Hatchimals!
My youngest would love the Hatchimals Surprise. They are the cutest.
We have the older R2D2 model and we love it. I would love to have this updated version. It is so much fun to play with.

Legos are always number one on our list. We never go a holiday without buying some.
Great ideas! My daughter (who is, by the way, an adult) and I (even adultier) both really want the Sphero. We got to play with it at a launch party and it is such fun!
My girls are get Hatchamal Surprises! They should love them..well the better since they were pricey!
There are so many things for the kids this Christmas! I think these tech toys are great and it will get them more interested in technology as well.
Just when I think Lego can’t possibly come out with something more amazing they totally step up their game. My nephew would love that Batmobile.
My daughter got a Hatchimal last year and had fun with it. The best part was it coming out of the egg and then she got bored. However, she’d LOVE that R2D2! We’re big into Star Wars.
My son would love some techy toys this Christmas! That Batmobile looks like a boy’s dream!
I want the Sphero- they are so cool. I love all your pics, they will make great gifts this year!

That R2D2 is a great replica and I want it for me. The other toys are all a lot of fun and I need to give presents to all the kids in the family.
I know the Hatchimals are popular but my kids are all big Lego fans, so that would be my pick. I had no idea that Best Buy had this sort of thing though!
The Hatchimals are going to be so popular! I definitely think a brand new Lego set would be a good gift too.
My son loves anything tech and at the rate at which they keep being advertised, I will have to see what to get him. I just might go for something robotic.
Several of these are on my kids’ wish lists, and mine too! I love shopping at Best Buy for the latest tech.
So many cool gift ideas! My boys would love that R2D2!
