I had a lingering cough and used their medical care visit to discuss it!
The process was easy and seamless, so I thought you would like to know how it went:
I signed up for the service, which was super easy! Gave all my information and why I wanted to schedule a consultation.
The sign up took less than a minute, I answered some questions, chose a provider and I was promptly connected with her through the app!
They gave me a few options and availability. It was great so I could choose ahead of time! For example, I chose a female doctor who was online and did not have a long wait time.
When we got connected, I explained I had a lingering cough, which happened due to a bad cold a month before. I asked for her opinion and options for treatment.
My symptoms were discussed in a great Q&A interactive conversation. I introduce this to a friend of mine who hates going to the doctor when she is sick. She called up a doctor there and she absolutely loved it.
