Are you making your new year’s resolutions? If you are like me, this is more like a process, an ongoing step by step, while you add new resolutions and new goals!
My home is a big part of my New Year’s plan, as I am purging and renovating my gym room and my bedroom, getting things like a new bedside table, wardrobe, and dresser furniture. I did this last year but with my kitchen, living room and spare bedroom so I thought it was time to bring a breath of fresh air to the remaining rooms too. The whole process took quite a long time last year so I’m hoping I can use the things I learned last time to help make it a whole lot quicker! Plus, I now know a good sofa shop Metro Centre, lighting shop, and appliance shop so I won’t need to spend time hunting for a nice place to buying new stuff! However, before I get new furniture I think maybe I need a fresh coat of paint!
That is why I am heading to Macy’s when they’re joined by inventor and home shopping mogul, Joy Mangano. Hoping to meet the inventor and learn how to kick start my 2016 home resolutions with tips and tricks to reorganize my closets and myself in the New Year! If you are going for big changes this year like structural renovations, then you will need to make a list of what you’ll need, from something like windows Virginia Beach services to plumbing contractors in your area, to get you fully prepared so when it comes to reorganizing you have a clear base to work from and your Macy’s knowledge ready to put into practice.
Macy’s will be serving up refreshments, and music, plus you’ll have the chance to enter to win some great prizes, so stop by and get organized with Joy!
Joy Mangano is an Entrepreneur and Inventor most known for her “Miracle Mop.” President of Ingenious Designs, she is a regular on Home Shopping Network (HSN). She is the brains behind many household items such as Huggable Hangers, Forever Fragrant, Clothes It All Luggage System, and more!
She has also partnered with Macy’s Culinary Council Chef Todd English to create GreenPans, environmentally friendly, PTFE-free non-stick cookware. Jennifer Lawrence is currently portraying her in her movie, Joy coming out on Christmas Day! Sooo cool, isn’t it?
So come and join me:

No resolutions with this girl for 2016! Instead I chose the word “simple” because eith school and work sometimes I feel like I’m in over my head! We are renovating this year as well. The oldest moved out Boxing Day so we need to figure out what we want to do with that space plus we need to paint the basement and the girls rooms.
Rebecca Bryant
Good luck with the renovations. We seriously need to do a few home improvement projects our self. Looking forward to cooler weather to get that done.
