Things I’m Trying In February
Taste Flavor Co
Love that Taste Flavor Co adds flavor, not calories!
If you are looking for tasty ways to enhance your favorite foods, you must try these great-tasting sauces that are 10 calories or less!
I had the opportunity to try all the sauces on game day and I am telling you, it’s so hard to choose a favorite!
Here are some highlights!
Spicy Garlic Parm
I added the Spicy Garlic Parm Sauce to my wings! I marinated them overnight and baked them the next day! They turned out amazing!

Sweet Honey Mustard
The Sweet Honey Mustard Sauce was the best addition to the warm soft pretzels!
Cherry Smoked Barbecue
The Cherry Smoked Barbecue sauce brings the perfect combination of flavors to pair with ribs! Soooo Good!

Skin Care

I changed my skin care routine, I’ve been using EpiLynx Lifting Cream and love it!

You can check it out HERE.
Bose Earbuds

Hubby complains when I listen to the Bible, and bible plans early in the morning during my devotions, so I’ve added these to my wish list!
My Bose Sport Earbuds were not noise-cancelling and the sound was not really great, so I would love to try the earbuds version of my Quiet Comfort headphones!
If you know me, I’ve had many pairs of headphones over the year while reviewing tech, but it’s time to upgrade to the latest tech and Bose is one of my favorite brands!
You can find the Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds HERE.
New Sneakers
Since my doctor told me I need to exercise more, using light weights for my early Osteopenia Diagnosis, not to evolve into something more serious, I’ve decided to upgrade my sneakers, as a way to motivate myself to work out indoors in this horrible cold season!
I’ve added it to my wish list as well! Aiming to grab it in the coming weeks!
Nike Women’s Flex Train Training/Workout Shoes

I love the idea of those sauces! They sound very fun to eat – I am a sauce person.
This is such a great way to kick off a new series; your “Things I’m Trying” feature feels so personal and helpful, especially with those low-calorie sauce recommendations! I love how you’re turning a health goal into motivation with those new Nike sneakers
I absolutely love the Tasty Flavor Co sauces and got to get some for myself. Thanks for the recommendation.
Interesting post! I enjoyed reading about new products you’re trying! I actually have osteopenia myself. My nails are so brittle and always chipping. It sucks. My nails usually grow pretty long in a short amount of time, but since they are brittle they break easily. I’m trying to make sure I keep up with taking my vitamin d and calcium.
Ok, I was hungry and now I’m really hungry! Those Taste Flavor Co sauces look so good. I’ll have to check them out.
I love how this post feels like a fresh reset for February, filled with small intentions that make everyday life more exciting and intentional. The mix of lifestyle goals and personal reflections makes it relatable, like flipping through someone’s vision board while sipping coffee together. Posts like this are such a great reminder that growth doesn’t need to be dramatic, sometimes it’s just trying one new thing at a time.
I’ve been considering buying good noise-cancelling earbuds. Are you happy with your Bose? It’s definitely a good brand. I will check them out.
I”d like to give those Bose earbuds. Back in the day, we had Bose everything and it was amazing! The speakers were top notch.
Bose do amazing quality audio equipment so you’ll love the earbuds. The low calorie sauces sound really good x
Those trainers look so comfy. I’ve been looking at getting some new ones for the gym, but I don’t really know what to go for yet. The spices look great too! What a fab selection.

Those sneakers look so comfy, I’m always looking for new ones as I do lots of walking. The cherry bbq sauce has also caught my attention!
I have some Bose earbuds and they are great! I saw those sauces somewhere and would like to try them as well. So many yummy flavors to choose from!
Those spicy garlic parm wings would be a hit at the basketball viewing party my brother hosts every weekend. I usually skip the bottled sauces to avoid the sugar but low calorie options change everything.
The cherry smoked bbq sauce sounds delicious. I need to buy some of it for my husband.
Okay, this post has made me hungry. All the food items look amazing. I’d like to try them as well!’
I also could use some new sneakers. Mine are old.
Ooh. I need to get in on that low calorie sauce action! I’m trying to trim down, but I also love flavor. Traditionally, that’s been a problem for me. LOL
