I talked about it so much, I know…As a Latina, I have struggled to lose weight and look my best in the past 12 months, but in April, I decided to make some changes which made a huge difference which will benefit my health and will help me continue to keep my Trendy Latina look for years to come!
After I lost 20 pounds over 4 months, I wanted to share and empower other women to do the same! Right now I’m working on finding a formula to keep my weight down, since I don’t have time to exercise as much as I had in the summer! It’s a journey, never a destination!
So, many of my friends asked me, how did you do it? During month 1, I will share some changes I made on my daily routine and diet which worked for me. We will also share recipes, outfits, products, it will be an amazing month!
