My husband and I have had pretty low-key dates in the past three years on Valentine’s day. Coffee, dessert, or movie date.
I am not going to lie to you, I’m all about going all out and making a reservation in a fancy restaurant, getting all dressed up and pretending we are still dating, not married yet, to keep the flame burning but for some reason, we haven’t really planned well in the past years and haven’t really gone out the way we used to do. There are many people out there who love to do that nearly every week to help them keep that spark alive, and why wouldn’t they, there is a lot that can be done, including, but not limited to, using something like sex pheromones to add something extra to their time together, this is just an example though as there are many more things that can be done for that date night spiciness, maybe we should do the same? I’ll have a think about bringing it up one day…soon.
This year I planned a movie and lunch date since Valentine’s Day is on a Saturday and I want to stay away from crowded restaurants. I will be sharing our date with my community of course, as a good fashion digital influencer! I know my friends love following my journey and V-Day is a special day for sure, so I am excited to share with all of you!
Spoiling the surprise by sharing my outfit above! But let’s talk about our plans:
We’re heading out to watch Fifty Shades, which I’m very curious about since I haven’t read the book.
Out to Brio afterward, one of my favorite restaurants for lunch.
Since it’s lunchtime, this is the outfit I’m planning on wearing with my black winter coat!
What are your Valentine’s Day plans? Can’t wait to hear all about it!
