I must confess I signed up for the WeAllGrow Conference to support Ana Flores and her team, especially because she was the first one to open the doors to sponsored posts to me and gratitude is not something I take lightly!
Here I went, having another trip already scheduled two weeks later, across the country knowing I would grow together with some amazing Latina Bloggers!
My experience started with the amazing pre-conference treat with our exclusive trip to YouTube headquarters in LA! I was so honored to be included among 40 professionals to learn more about that power house and leave inspired to vlog more!
The experience was nothing but amazing! We were greeted by super friendly hosts and toured the facility, learning YouTube’s commitment to helping video makers grow and do more, offering equipment, studios and state of art sound and video editing rooms to help bloggers and other professionals offer an amazing video experience on their channels!
I was surprised to learn that they have a similar facility in NYC and Sao Paulo (Brazil)!
We also attended a presentation on how to improve our videos and a Q&A session with top YouTube Beauty Vloggers.
The Cocktail and network time offered us the opportunity to share experiences and learn with each other, leaving me inspired to start two new video series and invest in equipment to make my videos audience worthy, meeting my quest to always offer the latest trendy experiences to my community!
I can’t wait to start my new video journey and open those doors to better serve my community!
Private Neutrogena Event (I will devote a special blog post to that event, stay tuned!) and Inspiring panels crowned what I already knew – that I was in for an unforgettable experience!
Top industry professionals, very informative sessions and great sponsors were the perfect components to what this seasoned conference junkie, would call, the perfect experience.
Needless to say, breakfast in bed was a very personal touch, showing us how special we were to LBC and opened our hunger to one more day of panels and growth!
I had the privilege to meet and hug so many amazing women and had the time to engage in private conversation with top industry professionals which rarely happens in larger conferences.
I have attended 22 conferences in the past two years, I can confidently say this is one that I will never forget!
Kudos to Ana and her team for the attention to details, her endless concern on providing the best experience, from our food, to our opinions on the sessions and to all the volunteers who helped make it all possible!
I can’t wait for next year! For now, I’m ready to grow my brand and share that with those around me, which was the deepest lesson I took from my experience!
