We have been facing storms, actually two snow storms in less than two months and 60-70 degree weather in between. Which took a huge toll on my skin!

It is! So I incorporated meditation, 5 minutes every day – it’s all I do. I also organize my day with priorities, so the to-do list doesn’t stress nor overwhelm me.
You heard me! Obsessing with looking younger or having a radiant skin will make you unhappy and give you new wrinkles, which defeats the purpose!!!
