Type A Bootcamp was a truly magical experience! My son had not been in Disney since he was five, so he was beyond excited to explore the parks at a much different age, (he’s now 10) while I was excited to attend my first TypeA Conference.
We received the Magic Bands 3 weeks prior to the trip, which put us in a sort of curiosity countdown on how they work and what they could do. So I decided to get a special mani, matching it!
Well, it didn’t take long to realize that they were truly “magical”! We were received by happy hosts who directed us to the gate to our Magic Express Bus, not needing one piece of paper at all!
They took us to Boardwalk Inn, which had our pre-check in ready and we were able to be in our room by 10am!
We then, enjoyed our visit to Epcot Center which was my son’s first visit! It was great to see the options of 2/5 languages Spanish and Portuguese being two of them, in most soundtracks in motion rides, also on signs and literature around the park!
We couldn’t wait to redo a picture we did at Magic Kingdom, the first time we visited WDW:
I really enjoyed sharing my trip experiences with my son and I loved visiting most of the countries in the World Showcase exhibits! Especially Mexico!
We couldn’t miss the Future World, where we embarked on a journey into the imagination of things to come!
Our Fast Passes worked like……MAGIC…… for the prime attractions and saved us hours of long waiting, all thanks to our magic bands and Disney Experience!
Dinner time, we didn’t make a reservation but I asked my son where he wanted to eat. He and hubby decided to eat Mexican Food! We ate with an amazing view of the Vulcan and Maian Pyramids and the food was authentic and superb! Not forgetting to mention that the waitress served us the whole time in Spanish and Portuguese, once I told her about my business and where I was from. She shared how much she had enjoyed her trip to my hometown and some of my favorite spots there! Once more: priceless!
We ended our day mesmerized by the magic of the fireworks and my son’s happy face while contemplating the show and diversity as a way to open the horizons to new worlds!
Our Trip to Epcot was much more than we expected, a truly multilingual, multicultural experience flavored by special moments, which announced the first spotlights of an unforgettable trip!
