Fall weather sometimes calls for fuzzy socks, blankets, coffee and couch, right? For me, it’s also a season when I really have to work hard to keep my fitness goals in check. So today I’m going to share my best fitness tips for fall weather.

When you don’t feel like going out in the cold, you need to make sure you dress comfortably, so fall outdoor gear is a must.
Long Sleeve Shirt, a light jacket and warm socks, so you can continue to enjoy the outdoors as long as you can.
Another tip is that you alternate between running, brisk walk and hikes.
Don’t miss a beat

Diet & Water Intake
I continue to drink the same amount of water I drink in the summer to keep my skin hydrated and change my diet to switch between salads and soup for lunch, since cold weather always makes me feel hungrier!
I’ve also joined an online community to track my calories to do it online, instead of journaling.
Have Fun & Try Something New
I’ve been looking for different classes to try.
I have plans to do more yoga, crossfit training and also try soul cycle classes near me!
Maybe also try getting to the next level like working out on the steps of the Vessel in NYC! What a fun workout!
