This is a recipe that brings me back memories of waiting for breakfast, bread and cheese ( pao com queijo) and butter ( manteiga) and coffee and my mom’s ant’s cake! This is her original recipe and the base can be used for any other cakes! Enjoy!
2 cups of confectioners sugar
4 tablespoons of butter
2 cups of flour
1 small bottle or cup of coconut milk
1 tbs of baking powder
2 tbs of jimmys
Beat egg whites first and reserve, mix and beat sugar, yolks, butter, coconut milk and baking powder and add egg whites slowly and gently.
Bake on 350 oven for 3omin or until it is cooked.
Add cocoa powder or other ingredients for other cakes!
Easy and super gostoso!
