Back To School is that crazy time, when meals are forgotten and we’re all about getting the kids ready, buying last minute items and making sure our children have all they need to start a new year successfully.
For us, it’s all about planning ahead, especially when it comes to breakfast because it’s my son’s least favorite meal!
So, I created a couple ways to incorporate cereal, which is his favorite breakfast option, into other recipes, giving him the best of both worlds and a super special start for his first week!
Today I will share one of my favorite creations, Banana Nut Muffin with Kellogg’s® Krave(TM) Cereal as a topping! It was such a huge hit, he already asked me when I’ll make it again!
This super easy recipe can be made the night before!
Banana Nut Muffin With Kellogg’s® Krave(TM) Cereal Topping
Ingredients
Banana Nut Muffin Mix
3/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
2 eggs
4 Tbsp of Hazelnut Spread
1 cup of Krave(TM) Cereal
Preparation
Preheat the oven 400F
Mix the Muffin Mix with water, oil and eggs until blended.
Pour into Muffin cups, 1/4 cup each.
Bake for 15/ 20 minutes until golden brown
Cool for 5 minutes
Spread Nutella on top of muffins and add Crushed Krave(TM) Cereal and pour it over the muffins and serve with a glass of milk!
Delicious, nutritious and super easy to make!
I also use other cereal options like Kellogg’s® Apple Jacks® Cereal for a twist!
Hope you try it out! Also, I wanted to give you some awesome coupons to make your life even easier! Just click, print and use them!

I used a gluten and dairy free muffin mix, but you’re welcome to use your favorite one! As long as your family loves it and it’s super easy to make, any mix is fine with my recipe!
The sky is the limit! Can’t wait to hear what you think about our recipe!
