My mom used to make anything stroganoff, she used to make shrimp, chicken, beef, soooo good! Delicioso!
I went to the next level and made my mom’s regular recipe with scallops which are not common to be found in Brazil! Hope you enjoy! My family loved it!
1 pound of scallops cleaned
1 clove of garlic
1 small onion
1 1/2 cup of rice
1 small chicken broth cube
salt and pepper to taste
5 large mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
6 small olives sliced
1 can of table cream or creme de leite (Walmart and Brazilian stores have this product)
Place oil on a pot and fry rice and garlic for one minute, add 3 cups of boiling water and cook until water is no longer there, reserve it. Sauté onions and mushrooms until soft and add scallops, cook for 10min, until scallops are white, lose the pail color, add table cream, creme de leite and cook until boiling in low heat.
