Are you feeling like me? Winter is over, you see the flowers blooming outside and things seem to be renewed; that is, everything but your skin?
Are you suffering from the 3 Ds like me? Does it still look dull, dry and damaged?
I’ve been searching for new ways to have better looking skin and these are my tips on what works for me:
I’ve doubled my water intake, water is a key ingredient to younger looking skin!
I’ve also increased the amount of antioxidant fruits: blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and Kiwi, along with supercharged smoothies.
I’ve added a new moisturizer regime to my beauty cabinet recently: The Aveeno Absolutely Ageless which I received at the “WeAllGrow Summit”.
Just one more thing, don’t forget to wash your face before going to bed and applying a moisturizer with sunscreen protection during the day. Even in early Spring, the sun can damage your skin and you don’t want that to happen!

Aveeno makes really awesome moisturizers, I love how hydrated my skin feels after. It’s really tough to transition from winter to spring, you end up having to catch up with everything including your skin.
You had me at “skin this spring” – my skin can use some moisture after this long winter. Looks like a great line and I use their creams on my legs and arms.
I am a huge fan of all Aveeno products. They make my skin feel so soft and hydrated. Their soothing oatmeal one is my favorite.

Dull is definitely the word for my winter skin. I need to rejuvenate with a new product and it looks like Aveeno might just do the trick for me.

Those are all good tips. Aveeno does have some good products, I use their hand cream especially in the winter.
I use an Aveeno cleanser and I love it. I will have to try the moisturizer too.
Water works wonders for the skin!! I actually use a skincare line from Hungary called Eminence! It’s amazing!

These are excellent tips for revamping after the winter. I am sure I am not the only one suffering from some dry winter skin! Will be brushing up on many of these methods as well!
Water really is the best and least expensive solution to looking hydrated and having a moisturized skin. I can’t do the whole lotion thing coz its hot in here so it would be too sticky.

Totally agree with the water and I’m trying my best to drink more everyday. I also make sure to wash my face before going to bed and apply my fave moisturizer.
Exfoliating is key for me!
I have found that omegas in chia and flax have helped my skin.
I have been getting better about moisturizing, but still fail to remove my makeup every night.
I have increased my water intake too and I love the fresh berries that are around this time of year. You look great!

Aveeno is my absolutely favorite products for all things skin. I have yet to try these products.
