I’m also making sure exercise is a priority and have been taking workout lunches, instead of postponing it when I’m tired at night and ending up not doing it! A friend of mine also told me to check out this Houston weight loss website for diets and weight loss information, but I haven’t really been interested in dieting at the moment. It might be worth a look at a later date though.
