This post has been sponsored by Head & Shoulders with Forward Influence, but as usual, all opinions are my own.

Stay at home for me doesn’t mean neglect self-care. I have been actively working to keep my body and mind in a happy and healthy place. Today, I will give you some tips on how you, too, can create a sanctuary at home.
How to Create A Sanctuary At Home
For me it starts with nourishment and the products that we use.
Let’s Create A Garden
As you know I have taken some steps to build and expand my garden to ensure we have delicious vegetables and herbs for the upcoming months.
You can create a garden in your home, even if you don’t have space, by placing plants by the window. Just let the sunlight do its magic.

Drink More Water
I’ve placed a new water dispenser in my office to have water accessible all day, at any time. That helped me increase my water intake and get rid of excuses not to drink more water.

Keep Your Mind Away From Unhealthy Thoughts
I started two new courses to make sure my brain is sharp and occupied during the quarantine. I’ve started a photography course and I’m learning my fifth language: Italian. I’m hoping to take hubby to Italy when this is all over.

Gratitude and Journaling
I’ve started my days meditating and journaling. Placing my thoughts and gratitude onto paper allows me to be grounded and free my mind to dedicate my time to family, work and fun throughout my day!

Don’t neglect your beauty routine while you create a sanctuary at home.

For me, self-care is essential to keeping that sense of reality.
I’m not saying I put make up on every day, but I make sure my hair, skin and nails are taken care of as a sign of respect and a way to honor my commitment to myself.
Hair Care
I started coloring my own hair. That was a HUGE deal for me – not ever having done that before. I went in search of better products to make sure, my beautiful hair was not going to be damaged while I was navigating those uncharted waters.
That’s why I love the NEW Head & Shoulders Supreme Collection, which is endorsed by the Skin Health Alliance and is designed to help me do just that – it restores the skin’s natural healthy balance to unlock the best version of my hair and scalp, while allowing me to pause for a quiet, refreshing moment in one of the last private spaces that exists – my own bathroom.

Coloring my own hair means knowing I will get the color on my scalp and I need products to relieve and soothe that area.

A healthy scalp is the foundation for beautiful hair, and with so much happening in, on and around the scalp, regular scalp care should be an essential part of any beauty routine.

Head & Shoulders’ Supreme Collection elevates my regular beauty routine, bringing a true spa experience to my shower…everyday!
In a world of oversharing and constant connection, privacy is a luxury and self-care is a guilty pleasure, right?

Self Care
But self-care isn’t about what others see, it’s about how you feel when no one is looking.
It’s about creating your own Supreme Sanctuary in your bathroom where you can do whatever makes you look and feel your best, including taking care of your hair and scalp.
The Supreme Collection is developed with a variety of products in multiple forms that provide long lasting scalp benefits and hair nourishment to meet your Supreme expectations.

Pamper yourself with Head & Shoulders’ new line of self-indulgent products that will leave your scalp and hair feeling renewed, confident and revitalized!

I gifted 10 friends a self-care package with some Head & Shoulders Supreme Collection products and invited them to join me for a Zoom call to catch up and talk about self-care and beauty routine during the quarantine. You can find the collection yourself at Target.com.

We were in unison in sharing how much we love the way our scalps feel and how soft and shiny our hair looks and the smell is absolutely amazing!

When you step into the shower, make it a total Supreme Sanctuary experience with Head & Shoulders’ new products!

I want to invite you to create your own Supreme Sanctuary! Capture a photo of it and tag @HeadandShouldersUSA, use the hashtag: #SupremeBeauty.

I can’t wait to see your pictures of how you create a sanctuary at home!
Can’t wait to hear what you think!

I can’t wait to check these products out! I was looking for something to help with my scalp and came across your blog! Thank you for sharing this line!
Indeed, self-care is prime importance in any setting — whether you are working from home or not. However, I’d say this is something I kind of taken for granted in the last few months. Reading this article is like stumbling upon a reminder for myself. Thank you!
I might have to check out this line. Since we have “hard water” here, our skin tends to get dry including the scalp.
I had some dandruff issues too and was able to tame it. I love how fresh Head & Shoulders is!
Since I was a child, I have suffered from dry scalp. I need to try this new line!
What a fun way to do a Zoom party. My son has scalp problems so I need to have him try this shampoo
