You know I have renewed my goals to stay even healthier this year. Looking for ways to move and exercise more, drink more water, learn more about being healthy and looking for new recipes is a big part of my plan! That’s why I’m so excited to invite you to join me and learn all about Macy’s Culinary Council Chefs, Ming Tsai and Todd English.
We will learn how to prepare some of their favorite healthy dishes. The best part? There will be an assortment of delicious samples to enjoy!
I thought you would like to know more about them, so here you go:
Todd English is a renowned chef and restaurateur, author, and Emmy-nominated television star based in Boston, MA and New York City. Todd has authored four acclaimed cookbooks, most recently, “Cooking In Everyday English”.
Ming Tsai is the James Beard Award-winning chef/owner of two restaurants – Blue Ginger and Blue Dragon. Also an Emmy Award-winner, Ming hosts PBS-TV’s, Simply Ming. He is the author of five cookbooks, including, “Simply Ming In Your Kitchen”.
