I have been looking for ways to remove bread (Keto bread) as much as possible out of my diet.
I’ve even set not to go to the grocery store where I buy Keto bread very week, so I have an excuse to pace myself and not eat bread daily.
It’s important to buy good mushrooms and that they are fresh!
Super easy, all you have to do is chop ingredients and sauté everything.
But Before I give you the recipe, please make sure you make your burgers at home, to avoid fillers and unnecessary carbs!
Ground Beef, 1 egg, sea salt, garlic, onion powder, coriander seeds, cumin and a dash of pepper, that easy!

Low Carb Keto Mushroom Gravy Recipe
Easy Low Carb Keto Mushroom Sauce You will love!
- 1/2 Pound Mushrooms Use your favorite kind
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 4 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Tbsp Olive or MCT Oil
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1 Tsp Cumin
Heat Olive Oil to Medium & Sautee the mushrooms
Add onions and garlic and cook
Add Heavy Whipping Cream, Salt, Nutmeg and Cumin and let it simmer in low heat
Serve over Burgers, cooked ground beef or as a steak, egg noodle sauce
