I hope you’ve been following my journey, but especially this December, when I decided to take a few new steps towards being healthy and really working to shed those unwanted pounds! Today, I’m sharing one of my favorite new recipes: Low Carb Beef Stir Fry.
Low Carb Beef Stir Fry
- 1 pound of Strip Steak or Steak Tips
- 4 cups of Cauliflower Finely Chopped
- 1/4 cup of Keto Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup of Coconut Aminos
- 1/3 cup of Beef Bone Broth
- 1 Pepper Sliced
- 1 Broccoli Florette Chopped
- Salt & Pepper To Taste
1.Sautee beef, after the beef is cooked, reserve it.
2.add vegetables, coconut aminos and bone broth, Adding Bone Broth slowly so your sauce doesn’t get to thin.
3. Add Beef to your cooked vegetables and serve!

Just remember: add low carb fresh vegetables and everything will taste amazing!
