Fall for me is all about comfort food. But it’s so hard to make low fat fall recipes, without all the richness that makes comfort food so delicious! That’s why it’s so hard for me to find good recipes, that bring that comfort to our table without the calories that comes with them!
I’ve always felt guilty about cooking pasta, let alone adding cheese to it! You know at our home, we always look for healthy recipes not compromising on the flavor.
I experimented, since hubby and son love pasta, and served this dish last week! A one-pot pasta bake, which will give you 4 servings or more with only 450 calories for a large serving portion! If you still need a pasta fix after serving this, then you may want to check out some of the best pasta in jacksonville or see if your local restaurants have it on the menu, so you are filling yourself with the food that delights you.
In Just 30 minutes you can make this healthy, low fat comfort food, that will make everybody happy! All in one pot!
