Quesadilla de Hongos
Ingredients
Mushrooms ( any kind you like, I prefer wild)
Half chopped onion
I tsp of cheese ( I use low fat)
1 pinch of adobo, pepper
2 tortillas
Sautee the mushrooms and onions and sprinkle spices with a tsp of butter
warm up the tortilla on butter while onion and mushrooms cook and place cheese in the center of tortilla
place mushrooms and close with other tortilla, turn it twice or until golden and it’s ready!
Easy low fat lunch!
Mi secreto: take the butter out of the onion/mushroom mix before pouring on the tortilla to cut calories!
