I had honor and privilege to have been a Prudential Ambassador during Hispanicize and it was an experience truly beyond words!
I learned about community, how much they care about their employees, influencers, clients and people in general whom they want to empower to make better decisions to improve their lives, whether they are Prudential clients or not!
I will share some event highlights. There were so many amazing moments, my post would probably be too long to share them all, but I want to make sure I share a glimpse of how amazing my experience was and how much I’ve learned!
We started by joining Prudential for an Ambassador Cocktail reception, where Dorinda Walker shared precious tips and heartfelt moments and why she individually chose each one of us! It was like hearing from a best friend who was there to greet and share how much she appreciated us!
We were gifted with this beautiful necklace, a symbol of their appreciation for the work we were about to do!
At Dime Summit, Prudential moderated most sessions and presented a beautiful fashion show, showing how embracing diversity is one of their main pillars!
I had the opportunity to record an interview and take some outdoor shots with their crew to share my perspective on my business, financial and overall decisions I’ve made based on the knowledge I’ve received at Prudential’s event last year. I had the chance to share how that knowledge changed my life and the way I looked at my business’ future which impacts my life directly! There are so many routes that I can now take when it comes to shaping my business into the success that I know it can be. This is exciting, and I never thought that this would be possible when I first started out. I only say that because it took me a considerable amount of time to register an address for my business. It took me ages, but I find solace in knowing that I wasn’t the only one. It happened to my friend too, but then she told me about how somewhere like Your Virtual Office London helped her to find a permanent address, and ever since, she has been going around telling anyone and everyone that “i have used their London virtual office address to set up my business and I couldn’t be happier”. And if that doesn’t tell you that everyone has their own challenges to overcome in the business world then I don’t know what does. For me, it was my finances, but this soon changed for the better too.
And I’m so excited to share that I’ve opened a business savings account and that I was more proactive in working on my budget and making financial decisions than just going with the flow. That’s an important change that I’ve made. Knowing how you want to grow your business is essential, so I’m glad that I’ve finally worked it out now. It was actually one of my friends that recommended that I look into digital marketing. She told me that it would be extremely helpful and it would help me to grow my business. However, she told me that you need to report your results every now and then to make sure that method is working. Hopefully, with all of these new tips, my business will grow significantly.

Looks like you had a great time, what a fun event. Retirement finances is a very serious issue. So many older Americans did not prepare properly and are now finding themselves on a limited income.
It’s amazing how much keeping our finances on track really impacts our lives but yet it’s like the one thing we all seem to mess up! This would be so cool to be an ambassador for! Congrats! Retirement and old age is a scary phase of life to get into if we do not prepare for it now. I always make it a point to set aside a significant amount every month for my retirement fund. I do not want to be dependent on my children for money or for care.
I wish I had taken financial matters more seriously earlier in life. We’re in a good place, and we make sure we stay that way now. Getting married really helped both of us in that respect

I think somebody that is a financial professional is definitely good to have in your arsenal. It’s probably one of the best ways to be able to save money because they know all the ins and outs of what is good to get and what is not.
