You know I spend long hours on the computer and my phone, it’s part of my work, my nature! Capturing life’s moments, whether I’m working or not!
My eyes are in front of a screen for about 10 hours/day! That’s a lot!

I feel really fortunate to not have to wear glasses. From time to time, I do feel like getting non prescription glasses just for styling and a change of look. Thanks for helping with the research on the frame 😀

I will let my friend know about this. She also works long hours on the computer like me. We do have to take care of our vision and having eyeglasses that reduce blue light and glare is an important thing to have to get our job done with the least eye strain.

It is really incredible how we spend most if not all our waking hours staring at screens. From laptops to cellphones to televisions, it is the screens that we stare at and needless to say our eyes bear the strain. Getting good glasses is so important.

I wear specific glasses for the computer too. It has to do with the monitor’s distance for me than anything else. And they are perscription too since I have short sight.

Love the print on the glasses, looks good. Being a blogger and sitting in front of the laptop is really not good for eyes but that’s how it needs to be done. I was thinking of buying one that handles the rays of the screen and is good for the eyes.

I got LASIK 5 years ago and I still wear my reading glasses to protect my eyes from the computer/cellphone screen. I’ve dry eye syndrome and my eyes get really itchy so my glasses are a must. I recommend everyone to invest a pair of reading glasses for protection.

I miss wearing glasses, I didn’t go for a huge amount of different styles and colours but they were a part of what made me, me. I look at myself without them and don’t recognise myself, alas my eyesight can only be fixed now by contacts.

Glasses make a huge difference when you’re staring at the computer screen all day. Like you I am in front of a screen 10+ hours a day. I have ones with anti glare that seem to have really helped make a huge difference.
