The Fiat 500X Is The Perfect Urban Ride

The Fiat 500X Sport AWD was loaned for reviews purposes by FCA North America, but as usual, all opinions are my own.

Today I’m sharing a few reasons why the FIAT 500X is the perfect urban ride, but also how it helps you navigate the city, meeting all the urban needs!

The perfect urban car with all the bells and whistles and space to help you live your best life, but also offering comfortable drive! 

For me, living the best urban life is being able to bring nature close to me!

That’s why we enjoyed having the Fiat 500X, which helped us start and double our garden this year!

I bet you’re surprised with all the room it has!

Urban life means have a vehicle that fits in any space, but when that vehicle also offers awesome trunk space, that is definitely a plus!

When I mentioned for me, living a great urban life is not sacrificing great things like having a garden!

Some of my friends complain about not having space in the city for a garden!

Building Your Urban Garden

Start With A Window

I tell them: do you have a window with sunlight? That’s a start!

You can grow herbs and small plants near a window! That’s how I started a few years ago!

I now have two pots with herbs!

You don’t need a lot of land to grow herbs!

You can grow them at home, near a window or in small garden pots!

I will give more tips later on how I separate the herbs, so they don’t overgrow!

Use Small Pots For Herbs

I love that I can just go to my deck pick up a fresh herb to use on my recipe!

I had mint, oregano and dill from last year and added basil, cilantro, rosemary and parsley to my pots!

We’ve expanded with a new raised bed, where we planted lettuce and brussel sprouts for now!

We bought a raised bed kit, wire and stakes, a root wire to prevent moles from ruining it and landscape fabric before we put the premium soil and planted everything.

I will be sharing the how to in a later post, but I thought you would like to see the final result!

We also planted flowers and tomatoes!

My deck has sun most of the day!

It’s important when you buy the plants that you look at the label to make sure they are placed in the right location!

Our tomatoes were also placed in a sunny area, by our deck!

My goal is to add some plants, but I’m waiting for the weather to get warmer to do it.

Tech & Trendy

We’ve loved some of the tech and bells and whistles I mentioned earlier, which make the FIAT 500X, the perfect urban ride!

All 2020 Fiat 500X models come with a turbocharged 1.3-liter four-cylinder engine that makes 177 horsepower.

A nine-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive are standard.

Sporty Look: Trendy In & OUT

The FIAT 500X Sport AWD is just the perfect size with a sporty edge! Here are some of the thing I love as far as design:

Love the new fascia , the deeper pockets for the fog lamps

Also love the finish on the grill

The 18″ wheels standard, with the possibility of 19″ aluminum wheels with all season tires! It is an amazing surprise for urban riders, used to compact cars/small tires!
