I have received the clothing shared in this post from Lands’End, but my opinions, experience and thoughts are as usual, my own.
I’m going to start by being honest with you and saying that as a true Brazilian, I’m not a fan of the cold weather.
For a person like me, the coming winter is always a nightmare. I tend to do everything I can to prepare for it, from getting the furnace in my heating system checked and repaired by professionals from the likes of this furnace repair Scarborough company to stocking up my closet with thick and cozy clothes. And I have avoided being out for long periods of time, in the winter, since I moved here, 18 years ago! Let me tell you, to survive in a place like this, you would either need some really good winter wear, or be in touch with a reliable heat pump manufacturer who could help you get heating in your home!
But it all changed after I received the Lands’End Winter Gear!
No, this is not a sales pitch! It’s the absolute truth and I’m hoping that my post will help you too, start to enjoy fun in the snow and cold weather!
I know what you’re probably thinking: why didn’t she get winter gear before?
Well, I thought I had proper winter gear to wear within the short walks and car ins and outs, I’ve allowed myself to experience in the past 18 years!
What changed? We were invited to experience a resort in the winter! That called for special gear to allow me to enjoy all the location had to offer!
I was so excited to partner with LandsEnd to help us get the right gear to wear on my birthday weekend celebration!

The beautiful Coat & Boots
Arriving at the Woodloch Resort late afternoon, we decided to make our way to the tubing area after dinner and I must confess I was hesitant, since winter was a synonym of pain for me, but, for the first time in my life, I felt comfortable and happy!
Truly ready to play! I wish I had found Landsend before!
I wish I had found it all the winters my son asked me to go out and play and I could not bear to stay out longer than an hour!
This is a game changer, I thought! And it was!
I was actually sad to head back to our room when my family told me they were tired!
The coats, gloves, pants, boots and hats are all Lands’End winter gear!

It’s not only super warm, but the length is perfect for winter sports, giving me the mobility I need! This coat is perfect for snow tubing, ski or any fun activity in the snow!
Also love these snow boots!
They were lighter than the gray ones and super comfortable, trendy and warm!
No matter what we did, the outfits proved to be ready to give us a comfortable and warm protection to enjoy it all!
Love the weather proof pants and the sweater, which totally insulated my body from the wet snow and cold!

My hat proved to be the perfect accessory! I didn’t take it off even when I was at the restaurant!

When your teen, who doesn’t like anything other than sweatshirts, says he loves the coat and gear, you better believe it!
Lands’End opened the doors to a whole new world of fun, for me and my family!
I can’t wait to go skiing next month and sport my trendy, warm outfits once more!

As much as I would love to own all of these things, the weather here isn’t cold enough. Our coldest so far this Winter has been in the mid-40’s.

I agree 1,000%. The right winter clothes make a huge difference to your outdoor time and how happy you are to spend any amount of time braving the cold. The right fit, the right feel, and clothes that make you happy play a huge part in that. I personally cannot layer unless it is freezing and even then only 2 and winter jacket. I hope that you and your family continue to have success with Lands End so that you can enjoy the winter again.

I need some new snow boots as I am a dog walker. I never buy anything with fur on it because even if it says it’s fake it could be dog or cat fur. There are countries in Asia that brutally kill dogs and cats for meat and fur.

We have purchased some products from Lands End before. Usually through their catalog we use to receive. Red is my favorite color, but don’t care for fake fur around my face.
