Recently I’ve found out that my local 7-Eleven, as a part of a nationwide initiative, is always looking to accommodate the needs of its guests including those watching their waistlines, like me! This includes Fresh Foods, which are a priority for 7-Eleven as they continue to fulfill their customer’s needs while on the go.
I was happy to learn that 7-Eleven’s fresh foods are prepared in local kitchens and delivered to stores daily ensuring premium quality products for their guests. Did you know, currently 7-Eleven offers a variety of fresh food offerings including:
o Fresh sandwiches
o Salads
o Fresh cut fruit
o Whole fruit
o Yoplait Yogurt Parfait with oats and honey granola
My day today starts with dropping my son off at his friend’s home and then meetings, which means driving all over. So I stopped at my local 7-Eleven to grab a healthy lunch on the go for my son and I!
It’s amazing how fresh and delicious it is! Just like making it in my own kitchen! I love the combination of smoked turkey and monterey jack cheese!
My son wanted a parfait, he loves the crunchy/yogurt combination! The strawberries, one of his favorite fruits, are a great addition to it!

I love 7-Eleven but I haven’t been there in years. And I’m so glad to see new healthy choices in their menus. I wish they had more stores here though.

I think it makes life a million times easier when you can just pop into a place like 7-11 and know you’re getting fresh, quality food.
This is great, I love that convenience stores are getting into providing healthier snacks or meals. Helps the general public to make better choices.
