I drink a lot of water, take vitamins daily, and have resorted lately to a plant based diet 4 days a week. I work on just ingesting healthy fats, which nourish my body without the bad effects.

After my hairdresser disaster, where I was forced to get my hair cut by half of the original length after a bad hair color job, I learned that choosing the right hair dresser and salon which has good color products, make a huge difference.

Protect Your Hair
I try to protect my hair from hair dryer and the push/pulling of a blow dry as much as I can! I wash it regularly and air dry, which seems to really help to keep my hair from breaking and looking dull!
