I’ve just come back from Brazil! Such an amazing trip! The beautiful places, flavors, seeing family and friends was truly an unforgettable experience!
Visiting my home country, seeing the colors, tasting the flavors and enjoying the scents of South America inspired me to share my memories and a new cocktail with my friends this summer!
Visiting the farmers market and smelling the sweet aroma of cashew fruit, caju in Brazil, inspired me to create this unique and light summer night cocktail and share with friends at our next gathering on my deck, while I tell them all about my trip to South America, giving them a taste of our sweet culture.
I love sharing my culture and traditions with friends and guests at our home! The summer is the perfect time, because entertaining becomes a weekend routine. When my deck is transformed into a melting pot where the best of American and Latino traditions come to life in our drinks, food and stories.
Bursting with Latino flavor, this is a light, easy and delicious option for your hot summer nights that your guests will enjoy!
So excited to share this recipe with you, before I get to share with my friends next weekend!!
