We’re heading to an RV Resort next week! So excited to be planning our Easy Camping Meals to spend more time creating memories!
Easy Camping Meals
You can’t go wrong with basic proteins, right? Remember you will have limited fridge space or none, so plan accordingly.
We’re staying at an RV Model, so we will have a fridge and I’m brining the protein pre-seasoned and some even pre-cooked to make the following meals:
Steak
Steak Fajitas
Pre-season the steak tips and place them in a Ziplock Bag!
A little olive oil and voila! Add guac, pico de gallo or just tortillas, lettuce, tomato!
Grilled Steak
Use the grill or fire pit and take advantage of the opportunity of an easy grilled meal!
Burgers and Hot Dogs
Who does not like fresh burgers on the fire pit with a an awesome barbecue rub?
Can’t go wrong with burgers and dogs! Best easy camping meals!

Chicken
We’ve talked about Steak Fajitas, so why not chicken firedillas, which is a chicken version.
Here’s the recipe for my famous Chicken Firedillas!
Pre-cut chicken breast in slices and season ahead of time and place it in a Ziplock Bag!
Great, easy meal!

Make this recipe ahead of time on the crock and serve as a main dish or side for grilled steak, chicken or pork!
I usually make a batch and divide in small containers and freeze them to bring to the campground.
Salad – fresh and potato salad
Mac’n cheese
Pico De Gallo
Guacamole
French Fries
Buy them frozen or cut them and freeze them, just fry them when needed.
sweet potato straws
Bring the sweet potato straws pre-cut and bake or grill them when needed, just add a dash of sea salt or pepper! Yummm!
No need to head out to buy food, unless you’re going to share a special dessert with your kids/teens.
If you’re camping with a tent and have limited space to bring food items, I would stick to hotdogs and beans and canned goods, which you can heat up in a campfire, where allowed.

These are all great ideas. Meat is perfect for camping, because if you can put it on a grill, you can cook it on a campfire.
